1. Ownership
This website and its contents are owned and operated by APIBOTIC LLC. All rights to the content, including texts, images, and software, are reserved. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any amendments thereto. Modifications to these terms will be made with direct notice on the website, effective immediately upon posting.
3. Service Description
Our services include providing a platform for LLM-based models, allowing users to access various AI tools and functionalities. We offer two kinds of subscriptions: Personal and Business, both available on monthly or yearly terms with automatic renewal.
4. Subscription Types and Credits
Credits are used based on the number of tokens processed. Detailed pricing for each AI model can be found here. You can also monitor your usage in the chat settings.
4.1. Personal Subscription
Designed for individual users, the Personal Subscription offers full access to our platform and services. Subscription fees are due as per the chosen cycle (monthly/yearly).
4.2. Business Subscription
The Business Subscription caters to organizational needs, adjusting daily based on the active users registered under the company's domain. Here are key details:
- Subscription Adjustment: Automatically recalibrated daily to match the number of users operating under the company domain.
- User Management: Inactive users may be deleted upon request via our support desk at ApiBotic Service Desk.
- Credit Purchase:For the Pay-As-You-Go version, Only the admin account (the one initially registering and paying for the Business Subscription) has the privilege to purchase additional credits.
- Credit Sharing: All registered users under the same company domain share the usage credits provided through the Business Subscription.
Each subscription includes $1 credit usage per user per month, exclusive of any additional fees, except for credit card processing charges. The outlined prices strictly cover the cost of the employed API service.
4.3. Credit Purchase Terms
Upon purchasing credits, please note that the total amount will include Credit Card processing fees, which range from 1.15% to 2.5% (+$0.50) based on the type of card used. Additionally, ApiBotic applies a standard processing fee of 1%. Both these fees are automatically deducted from the total credit amount allocated to your account.
4.4. Additional Services on Request
For business subscriptions, we offer additional services upon request, including Private Cloud Hosting and Model Fine-Tuning. These services are available for an extra fee.
4.5. Cancellation
To cancel a subscription, navigate to "Billings" in the menu and click on "Cancel Subscription." Cancelling is fee-free and can be done at any time. Usage credits remain available for up to 3 months after subscription end, after which they are forfeited.
5. Account Information
Registration of an account is required for access to specific services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities under your account.
6. Price and Taxes
Subscriptions and usage are subject to applicable taxes, with final prices displayed at checkout. ApiBotic charges only for API service usage and credit card fees, with $1 credit usage included per user monthly in each subscription.
7. No Refund Policy
All purchases on ApiBotic are final, including subscriptions and GPT usage credits.
8. Security
We implement standard security measures to protect against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access of information entrusted to us. However, no system can be entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee complete security of your data.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
Content generated using our chatbot is the property of the user. However, existing intellectual property rights of third parties or content owned by APIBOTIC LLC must be respected.
10. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to This Terms of Service
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the service indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
